I AM INTERESTED IN KNOWING HOW TO FILE A LAST WILL & TESTAMENT & A POWER OF ATTORNEY , IN CASE SOMETHING SHOULD HAPPEN TO ME ! I HAVE 4 CHILDREN OF MY OWN & MY HUSBAND HAS 4 & I WANT TO SECURE MY PART FOR MY 4 KIDS ! also i really do not trust my husband to make medical decisions on my behalf , because thru the 14 yrs of marriage he has show a lot of hostility toward me , he also went behind my back & filed 4 divorce , but did not go thru with it , and he has also told me that he did not want to see me have anything ! i really want to protect my intrest !
Contact an estate planning attorney to help draft an estate plan that includes a simple will that will allow you to name a guardian for your children and a durable power of attorney in case of disability.
