A will and a stepdad. dose a stepdaughter have any rights to fine out if she is on the will and if so were can we fine the will .it has to be recorded

How can you fine out if a stepkid was on a will .were can you fine the will.one of the real kid spent all of the moneyand it was a lot of money.im trying to fine out if a stepdaughter has any rights to this money.it so what can we do about this problem.
