I inherited land in cumberland virginia

The uncle mack trent never gave me and my 2 sisters our inheritaance years ago. Then the uncle mack died and the 2 children robert trent and doris trent took the paperwork and started paying the taxes on the property and never telling us where to pay the taxes at so that we can finally take claim to our inheritance! I want to live on the property now and the past year ive been letting my wants known. I think one of my youngest cousins mark trent is illegally staying in the house that was built on my mothers share of the property. But i want him off the property and out of the house and i want to move back home!
