Making a student wait outside in winter with no shelter

Is it legal to make a child with chronic illnesses to walk 400ft and wait 10-15min in the winter without shelter and not inform the parent of the change. The School is aware of his illness and the transportation director took it upon himself to make the decision without talking to anyone. Is there anything I can do?

A check issued for payment of my services has been stopped by my employer
I worked for 3 weeks for this employer and he issued me a check i deposited it into my account after couple of days the check was returned wiyh the reason payment stopped. What should be my next course of action
By law should the carrier who is picking up a load have their name on the bill of lading or could the broker have their name on the BOL?
I work for a broker who currently puts their name on the bill of lading. We are starting to do business with a customer who is asking whether or not are name should be on the BOL or the carrier's name. I want to provide them with some documentation on what is the legal standpoint.

HOW DO I HAVE MY D. O.C CLEAR A PRE EMPLYMENT URINE TEST THAT WAS WRONG? No company will hire me the test was held for a week before the results come in. plus my test is wrong its not my stuff i have never failed a urine/drug test in my life
