"Commerical" written on all NJ-DMW plates; although, I registered vheicles under my commerical business.
I registered and insured all my company vehicles in the Business Name; however, a particular police officer in New Jersey stated the vehicles must have the word 'Commerical' on all plates that were issused by the DMW.

I bought a truck from a carlot in july and they still have not given me my tags or registration i call everyday and they keep telling me tomorrow or next week and they never call back to let me know is there anything i can do

License suspension
My husband was arrested for DUI. His case was eventually dismissed. However, the suspension remains on his driving record. What do we have to do to have this expunged. I understand that with a deferral, the judge has discretion. Would that hold true for a dismissal as well?
