I signed the paper yesterday on a used pickup but now i don't really want it and the payments are alittle to high how does the state of tx handle returning a used car i dont have the car in my possesion yet

My husband was arrested for DUI. His case was eventually dismissed. However, the suspension remains on his driving record. What do we have to do to have this expunged. I understand that with a deferral, the judge has discretion. Would that hold true for a dismissal as well?
