What is the "Statute Of Limitations" for prosecution on traffic tickets in Dallas, TX and the statute section/number ?

I have outstanding traffic tickets in the City Of Dallas, TX however it it my understanding that the statute of limitations is "2" years and these citations are well over "2" years. No valid State Inspection - (09 / 2008) No Insurance - (09 / 2008) Public Intoxication - (10 / 2005)

Traffic accident my fault. i received a ticket and went to court for it..other driver/ ins co. wants to sue for loss of wages medical bills. ect. which type of lawyer would be able to help.and any other sugestion you might have would help.thanks

Traffic citations for expired license decal and no insurance while driving. Court date is set on May 15 2012 at 1:30. this happen during the day .

Wanted to know how can this be handled beside paying my fines. Have no way to obtain the title money still owed on car ,tried to renew the registration and was told they never received the title to change it over to a georgia registration.
