My freind has to appear in court Tue. for a dui arrest last week , for an arraignment, i think. does he need a lawyer at that time, or can he ask the judge for one . Don't know if they are going to ask him how he will plead at this time or not. He needs a court appointed lawyer because he doesn't have funds to engage one.
