I got a dui and spent 10hr in the holding, my court date is on 16 and i my alchohl level was 0.08. if i go without a lawyer and plead giulty what will i get. it is my first time dui. also can i plea burgen with the da befor the court date.
I live in the state of Illinois and was taken into custody for a DUI Thursday, April 14, 2011.

I live in the state of Illinois and was taken into custody for a DUI Thursday, April 14, 2011. As of this date, I have not been formally charged and upon release, my license was taken and was not issued a ticket, so therefore, I cannot not drive. How do I go about getting a ticket to drive on.

Hello my name is joe, my question is:i postponed my court date three weeks ago to retain counsel.Dont have enough to retain a lawyer . Can i ask for a second post ponement so , i can retain a lawyer?
My freind is going for an arraignment for a dui arrest, does he need a lawyer , or can he ask for one at that time
My freind has to appear in court Tue. for a dui arrest last week , for an arraignment, i think. does he need a lawyer at that time, or can he ask the judge for one . Don't know if they are going to ask him how he will plead at this time or not. He needs a court appointed lawyer because he doesn't have funds to engage one.

I have a 3rd offence dui case coming up have hired a lawyer and he said my arrest papers havent been signed by a judge and it would be dismissed would like to know if i have anything to worry about when i go to court next week.
Will proof of treatment and taking dui online class help with my DUI ticket?

My brother got a DUI over the weekend in a small town. Because of the size of the community (24,000) would it be better for him to get an attorney from out of town or should he feel comortable with local representation? Would an out of town attorney be more likely to be more aggressive for him?
