So I'm leaving on spring break.. I have a lawyer for a case, me violating my diversion, on Wednesday, which is smack dab in the middle of the week. Is there any reason I would get in trouble for having her show up on my behalf? I've been tring to contact her for three++ weeks, and she informed me she finally got my file yesterday, but did not have time to talk

Smack dab in the middle of my spring break week.. I had already bought the ticket and then go assigned the date
Hi,
I will be blunt, there are more important things than springbreak. Even if your lawyer can appear without you, if you think that the judge will not ask where you are and will not be annoyed when they say springbreak you are mistaken.
I would show up.
All the best,
Frank
