I received a photo radar red light ticket in the mail in show low AZ. I have heard that if you are not physically served you do not need to worry about it. If you are not surved in 120 days from the date on the ticket it is invaled. Is this true? should I ignore the ticket or go ahead and pay it.

Should I hire an attorney? I live 4hrs away. Charged for Wreckless Driving in Pulaski County. Driving on I-57 headed to Memphis. Doing about 100 in 65..Is that a felony? Wanted to know how can this be handled beside paying my fines. Have no way to obtain the title money still owed on car ,tried to renew the registration and was told they never received the title to change it over to a georgia registration.
