I have heard that if you are not physically served you do not need to worry about it. If you are not surved in 120 days from the date on the ticket it is invaled. Is this true? should I ignore the ticket or go ahead and pay it.

Should I hire an attorney? I live 4hrs away. Charged for Wreckless Driving in Pulaski County. Driving on I-57 headed to Memphis. Doing about 100 in 65..Is that a felony? What usually happens at court? The officer told me it was a felony. I paid $200 to get license back then he gave me a ticket and court date.

Traffic citations for expired license decal and no insurance while driving. Court date is set on May 15 2012 at 1:30. this happen during the day .

Have no way to obtain the title money still owed on car ,tried to renew the registration and was told they never received the title to change it over to a georgia registration.
