How can i avoid paying taxs under my legal name , i want to start an internet bussiness on ebay but because of life cercumstanses i need to avoid paying state and federal taxs, how can i legally do this?

You cannot avoid paying taxes for your own worked performed. If your business was a single member LLC or sole proprietorship, the income would be reported on Schedule C of your personal 1040. If your business was a partnership or S-corporation then the business would file an information return and the income would be reported on your personal 1040. If your business was a C-corporation then you would receive a wage and dividends which would be reported on your personal 1040. There is no way to avoid paying taxes on work performed or services provided.
