Owned stocks at Duke Power Co years ago.when I retired in2008 rec'd a statemtn from Duke Power owing me $6700 tried to follow it up. No respone. HELP!

Is it considered civil tax fraud when an M.D. collects cash only payments from Nurse Practitioners not in same location

The supervising M.D. for a group of nurse practitioners requires $500.00 to be paid in cash each month. They do not share office space.
