Paid my landlord $1500 and agreed for him to keep the $3000 deposit if he dropped the unlawful detainer he took the money and did not drop it.

What can i do to let the judge know what has taken place.On may 6,2011, i agreed to meet with my landlord work out between the two of us without the court system, he agreed to take the $1500 and to keep the $3000 and said at he would stop his lawyer from takeing me to court, but he did not keep his word.
