I was sold mobile where the home where owner cant produce the title owes back taxes can I get my money back?

I was sold mobile home which they advised would give me the title in time. When asked for the title the seller advised could not produce it had back taxes on it. Also found out the mobile home was salvaged now what can I get my money back return the mobile home?
