Enter question...if i do not sign a lease, is it the law that i give him 30 days notice?

I can not afford the bills where i am currently at and my rent is due the 20th of this month and i told him i was moving out and he claims that he does not have to give me my deposit back because i did not give him 30 day notice

Land not survey

Father left a piece of property to three siblings. the land was never surveyed. a nephew puts a mobile home on the property but only one sibling agreed, the one that does not pay the taxes on the property. does the nephew have a right to put the mobile home on the property?

Question regarding transfer of deed

Will leaves property to four (4) heirs. Deed needs to be transfered to only on of the heirs. I know that the three (3) heirs not desireing the property must sign a Quit claim deed. Can this be done on one legal document listing these three (3)? Charlie

Tenant wrote check then moved in and stopped payent on check and refuses to pay deposit and 1st months rent..Is he tresspassing....Wthout money paid is lease valid....He says he has a signed lease so the law is on his side..
