Avoiding forclosurer on late payment i do not owe

Boa maintains that I am bnd ehind 1 payment and threating to forclose on my house have all records and no payment was missed but they are calling 2-3 times a day harrassing me I am 77 yrs old and live on SS only they will not meet with me to straighten this out

House will not appraise for what is left on owners original loan, my understanding is the house is return to owner. I have paid mortgage on time for two years, Contact isn't really specific what happens at the end of the contract
