How can iget free legal help in a lawsuit

I,ve been to court and ask for a affidavit of inilgabilty to pay court cost and it has been granted the law suit isa against a appartment complex for neglanges that cause my childs medication to be distroyed i need a lawers help now that they beening severd to come to court . I need to know what steps to take nest legaly the electricity was turned off over 24 hours they offer 24hour maintense and not even houston fire department could contact management during this period my daughter is on a very inspensive growth hormone medication due too a brain tomor removal which when the lights were off this long cause it to be off temperture and go bad the complex is refusiing to help reinbure the cost
