The are also going to make a film out of the book. The name of the book has just filed for a trademark? I am using 2 words from the book. The name of my website has 3 words. Trade Mark Registration. We would like to file for trade mark registration in usa. we already have trade mark registration in EU with limited sales. product and trade mark is from india. How can I search for existing trademarks?

I was told by an attorney several months ago that I could do a look up on all registered US trademarks and if nobody was actively using a trademark, I'm allowed to trademark the name for myself with a fee. Where exactly is this website?
