Violation of mental health rights
Im being verbal abused neglected forced to do things without proper document refused permission to counceling court orders disrespected and i have written proof of all no one wants to help me cause im an patient ( out patient). and i signed a bill of my mental rights and out of 28 17 are being violated even the one that suppose to supply me with live able housing who do i talk to
