When i first went to my primary care taker asigned to me from molina heath insurance they entered me in the computer with my name and someone elses insurance number by mistake. well nobody noticed for a while. the way my insurance works is i have to get a refural from my primary doctor for everything. so they have to ask my insurance first then they write me a refurral. so now then start right me refuals to see specalist and therapy for all my pains and problems. As soon as they reciave news of my bad condsions and and are asked to give me an MRI for ferther looks at the damage my primary doctor sumits that request to my insurance and for over a month could not seem to get the refural for some reason. Finally they find out that they are andhave been getting approved for this other number and not mine. this infact now prolongs my health care alot longer and now is getting to be were it will coast me. i have document on this proving there mistakes and would like to sue them. My pain has since increased and may have caused more damage to my back then when i first went looking for help. Now it has spred to my legs and feet and still not all is cleared up at there office. My specialist now need good refurals and i havent been able to see them because my primary doctor still hasnt fix the problem. they also gave me medications from there office mis labaled in english tell me to take every hour when in fact in another lanuage it states to take every 8 hours and i have keeped the bottles. I think that these Doctors souldnt even be Doctores
