How much time do my lawyer have to file law suit againist a hospital and doctor in Mississippi? After the herniated disc operation I was paralyze. Can i sue a hospital if i feel they were negligent?
My three year old son had surgery on Monday 18th june 2012 at the Scarborough hospital Tobago after the surgery the doctor told me there was no hernia so if you as the surgeon saw no hernia why did you cut my son and in two places ! they didn't even do any x-ray or so on i they just cut by guess can i sue them.
