...how do i go about filing a medical malpractice against my ob/gyn?
Well 3 yrs ago i had a medical birth control device called essure put in my fallopian tubes well i recently had surgery to remove my tube due to the dr not puttin them in right.i had been having pain for a yrs now and she ignored me until july 20 th 2011 the device tore thru my rt.fallopian tube causing me severe pain as the device is in she tied my tubes with the birth control device now i have hospital bills and couldve lost my life.
