How long do you have to sue a hospital for me getting the flesh eating bacteriain 2007? i acquied the staf from a pick line in the hospital

I acquired the strep bacteria from a pick line , i almost died was sent to cleveland clinic where they took out 2 ribs collar bon and part of my sterum and had to do skin grafts. i was going to sue the hospital but dropped it, but i feel they did not do me right , i also worked there as a resoiratory theripist,

Is the hospital that I gave birth in responsible for the life threatening, and life altering condition of my daughter?

Medications

Is my dentist liable if while he was filling a cavity, he stretched my mouth open wider than normal causing TMJD

Enter question...My wife had a C-section surgery and the doctors didn't prescribe antibiotics and she got an infection and almost died!

I went to the dentist to get a wisdom tooth pulled. The dentist end up messing up my mouth.
