Lawyer will not answer phone for advice on what I shoiuld do?
My Aunt is a refugee from Bosnia, was a passenger in a hit and run accident and suffered critical injuries. She can not communicate in the English language very well. A law firm represents her aganist the other party. The accident occured November 25 2012. she has been hospitalized three times as a result of the accident,the last time she was admitted was last week. The law firm sent her a10 page document for her to discover and interview all the medical and administrative personal that have treated her. She of course has cannot communicate in English at that level , what can she do? It looks like she is at a dead end, The law firm I have called to ask questions does not answer my phone calls.
What can she do?
