Vonderable adult/ holding medication

Is it legal for the caregiver in a adult foster care sisutation to hold medication for a vonderable adult when they are leaving for the day? His case worker from the county will not allow them to let him take them with him for a day, when he has handle them recently with no problem.

How can i get a diagnosis if i have no insurance and cant work when i need a diagnosis in order to get medicaid/ssi?
