Option to cancel contract within 3 business days at horizon learning .

If I send within 3 business days,whats to prevent them from saying there was nothing in envelope even though there are 2 pages ,one signed by my bank notary on intent to cancel and refusal of all company services.Is there anything I can do to prevent this.Will be sent certified with dilivery confrmation.Thanks Dave Parry

Can I get money from someone who totaled my car.

I let a co worker borrow my car, she totaled it in an accident and has agreed to help me pay the down payment on another vehicle.
