In Maryland, if one lawyer commits perjury during a civil hearing does the other lawyer have a legal/civil duty to report or expose it? One lawyer claims to have no knowlegde of being notified of an action an opposing client took. This particular lawyer received email notification of the action and responded by emel to the email. In court before a judge this lawyer openly stated they were never notified. Futhermore, they tried to pursue contempt charges "claiming they were never notified of any client action
