How to respond to a charge of plagarism at UOP
I was charged with plagarism at UOP. Now the university is requesting that I reply to the charges. How do I do that? I often use tutor sites to help me with assignments and accidently uploaded my tutorial to the assignment tab instead of my draft. The next thing I knew, the teacher accused me and then I realized what happened. I am not sure if it is wrong to use tutorials or not. But, it was a mistake, there was no intent involved.

Well, it is your responsibility to ensure that what you submit as an assiggnment is your own. You certainly had an opportunity to check and double check your work before it was sent on to your professor right? So that explanation is really not going to fly.
In such a situation, I always believe the best policy is to be honest. If you really did not intend to cheat and you can show exactly how such a mistake occured in a convincing way then you should defend yourself. But if you really did cheat and are just playing smoke and mirror games they will see rright through it for sure.
