I was intoxicated and my friend drove my 2000 toyota 4runner. She got into a bad accident and offered to help pay for the damages. I took the car to get an estimate and the total was 4000. So My mechanic informed me that it wasnt worth fixing because it was an old truck n it was only valued at 6500 if it were in great condition. i have been patiently waiting for the money to get a new car and she told me she wasnt going to help me anymore. So now im stuck with no money and no car.

She is liable for damages to your car if she was negligent. However, you may have a claim against the operator of any other vehicles for their share of the loss.
