I have been falsely accused by my (former) boyfriend, he made a false statement to the police, saying that I stated I was going to Kill Him, He had me arrested, my youngest son was in the next room and heard all of the discussion (fight) he said he knows I said no such thing. Now I have to go to court over this, we were in the midst of separating, which he refuses to do, I asked him to leave the home we share I pay all the bills, he has no job and refuses to look for work...trying all kinds of schemes, such as insurance fraud, false injury claims, etc He drinks all day long and smokes pot, all the time with his oldest (21) son, as well snorting cocaine when ever he does get his hands on money or from his friends.I had to go to court yesterday for this charge as well as for an order of protection against him...he took out an order of protection against me (under this false charge) and and I can not get back into my home... ...Can you help me?
