I got a legal docement off the internet and it has everything we want on it now how can we file it so that its docemented at the courthouse incase something comes up later on down the road with our child .

Were they married. I assumed no. You have start a Parentage case and then file an agreed order. If the father signs a voluntary acknowledgement of paternity the filing fee will be waived. Atleast that is how it works in Illinois.

no we werent married and hes not going to stay the child isnt his there will be no need of a paternity testing . we just want something where he cant come and take her and not try to bring her back i filed for child support and then he wanted to take her or do his part . i want a legal form saying that i have her and he gets vistation. and he will agree to it but wat do i do to the docement onces we both sign it do i have to get a lawyer to take it to a judge or will childsupport take care of the rest once we agree
