My family is involved in a lawsuit reguading a will validation there are three lawyers my brother has a laywer and my sisters ha lve attorneys one of my sisters has the same laywer as the other sister that is reprsenting here in a divorce is the a conflict of interest since laywer is divoce lywer for one sister and probate for the other sister

That is not necessarily a conflict and even if it was as long as the clients give their consent it should be fine. I do not however see how it has any impact on you or your case.
