I need to have a letter to the effect that when I can no longer be by myself-I will not live with my daughters

I am an easy going 69 year old woman with 2 daughters. My oldest is type A personality and we get along like oil and water. We are civil for brief occasions and holidays, but I get on her nerves and she gets on mine. I have told my family that when I can't take care of myself, find a nursing home-get a tv for me and leave me alone.( they've left me alone so far, why start now?) Anyway the oldest one says: NO you will stay with me..she doesn't really want me, she just doesn't want the tag that her mom is in a nursing home, and to be honest with you staying with her would be worse than Chinese water torture. I have to watch my words, how I act and so forth. In other words my freedom would be gone. I'd rather someone take a gun to my head. I cannot seem to stand up to her even now--so I wanted a legal way to get what I want and not stay where I'm uncomfortable. She is not abusive to me, she just has a dominant personality, and I'm more of a shrinking violet.
