Are the free power of attorney documents that can be created on line legal and binding? We are both advancing in age and feel the need to prepare a power of attorney documednt for the future. While we are not in need of this at the moment, we want to be prepared if/when the time comes that it's needed. Thank you.

Regardless if it is a family member or not. Also a disability. The reason i do not want them involved with my child is because they don't treat their own family members right. My...
