My sister has an open case with dhs but looks like she might lose it and i want to go for cusdty don't know where to start

My sister has had three open and closed case where see lost all three of the child. know she has two open cases one that has been open for 15 months which is the olest now and a case that has been open a month on her youngest. her oldest is 15 months and her youngest is a month. she did have the olest returened to her in dec a year after the case was opened and the put back in foster care 2 months later. the youngest has been home yet. i need to know what i need to strart doind to get real info on the case. my sister has lied to me in the other case and has set me has the bad preson to the state to keep them from talking to me. but my nephews deserve to know there family and my sister doesn;t want me to rasie them for her, but i feel i need to do this for them and give them the love our family can, but i don't know where to start what my rights are? also i'm on ssi and i can't pay for i lawyer but these kids deserve love and i'm single but my mom rasied two by her self til she passed away so i know i can. but any time i ask questions i get told that im not allowed to know anything about the case. my sister has lied to me alot and about me alot so i need to take a stand in the right driection to fight for these kids, but no one seem to care im their bio- aunt so what can i do i love these boys and don't what them with out there true blood family
