If I have joint custody do I still have to pay child support if the mother is also working and would I have the right to file taxes, I have a 7yr old with one lady and a 5 and 2 year old with another but I"m not with either of them, right now I pay child support and medical insurance for all three of my children, but the mothers dictate when and if I can see them which is not as often as I would like, and anytime I try to put in some input about their upbringing they shut me down saying "they don't live with you so you have no right to say anything about how they are raised. Is this true?
