I adopted a child from China in 2001. Have not yet completed application for certificate of citizenship (USCIS)...plan to do this before the end of this year. She has a permanent resident card that expires this year. Does Ohio require re-adoption in the US? If so, what are the steps to do this before completing the USCIS forms?
Thank you.
