How can I make my job give me back my hours
I recieved a pacemaker, was cleared by doctor to return to work and the job wont fire me, but wont put me on work schedule. I have repetedly asked for hours and have been turned down as my boss stated she is afraid of liability.
I got pulled over by a police officer,and he said I hit his vehicle and drove off. I pleaded not guitly because that was not the case at all.
I did win the case because they tried to get me to pled guilty to something that was not true. Overall, I did win and did not have to pay any fines, but I do think because the police officer's job is to make us feel safe and not unsafe, that he should pay for the crime that he has commited, therefore, I want to file a case of extortion...
