Out of control animal

Answered by Matthew M Randle | Sacramento, CA | View Lawyer Profile

If people don't have control of their animal and a person is injured or killed because of it can a family member of the injured/dead person sue the owners of the animal? My mom was seriously injured by a lab that jumped on her back, she broke her right cheek, she could have just as easily died.
