My mother worked at a company since 1978 and held positions inside of a well it building. On the last month of her 31 years she was transferred to a position outside at night directing truck to airplane for loading where she accidentally lead the truck to scrape an airplane wing. The plane was not damaged and she reported it immediately. She was then suspended until further notice. Further notice was that she could resign or get fired so she resigned. Is this a good case to pursue legally?
