Hi,
In most cases, there is really nothing you can do as an "at will" employee with no contract. Remember, even an employee handbook can be a written contract in many cases.
The other issue particular to you is your age. People over 40 have certain anti age discrimination rights. So if you believe you are being targeted because of your age unfairly, you should discuss with an employment lawyer in your state (there are both federal and state issues implicated here).
This is not really my area, but if you would like to discuss further over a free phone consult, feel free to contact me anytime that is convenient.
