I was working for a company in colorado and was being paid a per-diam of 70.00 a day the companys cliient was paying them 120.00 a day to pay their employees is it really legal for them to make money on whay was meant for us ti live on?

Employer wont pay me

Have made several attempts... phone calls, text messages and certified letter 1st paycheck due 3/1/2012 $371.60 2nd paycheck due 3/15/2012 $108.00 was told "check in the mail", "new mailmans fault", "i will stop payment and reissue another"... nothing received to date.

Unemployment fraud

Several people at my work are on a program through new york state unemployment to which they sign a form each week for a days unemployment. These people work a full week. Is this legal? What can I do about it.
