Police did not issue her tickets, would not let me take photos at the scene to verify locations and debris, police report and diagram were wrong, but I was allowed to amend them and my amendment was signed by myself and the police who looked at my car damages. Statue of limitations on past crimes not arrested for

I am concerned about my past legal liabilities. I have been clean Off drugs and alcohol for over 14 months and havent commited any crimes since then. I have never commited any sex crimes or murder or attempted murder, only petty theft and prior petty theft, credit card stuff, and drug possesion, no violence.
