The substance was cocaine, less than 2 grams this was in will Co. I pleaded guilt y and was given work release for I think 2 months then probation. haven't had no other felonies since that time. It seems to be in the way of getting passengers endorsement for driving a school bus. I'm 62 yrs living in Aurora, IL.

I worked as a cashier at a gas station and was robbed at knife point. The police reports or evidence or motion of discovery hasn't been presented yet. I am going to a pretrial conference on Sept 9 and a jury trial on Sept 26. What if they don't get the evidence or police reports to my public defender. Can my case be dismissed?

It's arrest in florida only. but i'm concerned that i won't ever be able to get a real job with warrant popping up on back ground checks. a lawyer told me if it was him he wouldn't bother, but i'm not certain.
