Just found out that I have three warrents for my arrest, theft taking (using illegal power) property damage (connecting power on after being disconnected), criminal trespassing (I lived at the apt during the time and have since then moved into a small apt on the same property)
How can I file a legal malpractice suite on a lawyer who fail to respond to his client ?

I worked as a cashier at a gas station and was robbed at knife point. The police reports or evidence or motion of discovery hasn't been presented yet. I am going to a pretrial conference on Sept 9 and a jury trial on Sept 26. What if they don't get the evidence or police reports to my public defender. Can my case be dismissed?

I pleaded guilt y and was given work release for I think 2 months then probation. haven't had no other felonies since that time. It seems to be in the way of getting passengers endorsement for driving a school bus. I'm 62 yrs living in Aurora, IL.

I plead gulity in 05 to a felony count of robbery. It was my first offense and i was granted the IIP (impact incarcersation program). I completed the program with two years parole.
