Can a county attorney represent two different counties in Nebraska? The cases involve one individual wouldn't that be conflict of interest or possibly conspiracy? If you have new evidence that can prove that there was ill practices by an officer and a court official in order to get a person to accept a plea bargain?
What is the statue of limitations in pennsylvania for possession of drugs, pot and schedule 3 drugs.
Arrested for personel amount of marijunia and schedule 3 pills. The police seized the evidence in may of 2010, but did not file charges till november 2012. Police have made no other contact in the 30 month time, it took from the finding of the drugs to the time they filed the complaint
