Breaking in a business
Can an officer break into a business and allow six civilians in without the owner present or an officer inside with them? After the owner showed up and after the six people already entering the building the officer still wouldn't show a court order and said he didn't have to. What type of court order allows this?

I need an expungement. I have two charges on my record that were dismissed. They were both Nolle Prosequi. I would like to know if I handle this on my own, what is the likelihood that I will receive the expungment? Should I get a lawyer instead?
