My fiance was arrested april 9 2012 on a charge back from 1997 that he thought was resolved. he is not being credited for some of his past jail time.

Removing a sexual offender registration mandated through military tribunal judgement.
I was convicted of wrongful sexual contact. The alleged victim was 19 (so was I) , and my conviction translated to civialian law, is a misdemeanor. So I guess my question is: Is there a way to be removed from a sex offender's list, given that my conviction is not a registerable offense in the state of Florida?
