Both homes are in my mothers name on her property. If the police have a search warrant for the home i stay in and the warrant is in my name and not my moms is it a valid warrant. A contractor was hired to do some work, he left and did not complete it. Personal property was abandoned.
A contractor abandoned an incomplete job and left tools, suv, and trailer in my backyard. I took him to court, the judge granted me a judgement and gave him 10 days to pay and remove property he left. It has now been months and he has not returned or contacted me. Can i sell this property to recoup my money? If so, how?
