22 years ago the person had a arrest order from a Chicago Court regarding money laundering, but so far he never has being arrested by any authority. Is it a way to get legal aid to clear this criminal record in order to apply for US citizenship. Is there in Chicago any legal assistance to help people with very low income in this matter?
I would encourage you to contact the Cook County Legal Aid, or you can also look for assistance through Illinois Paralegal Services, Inc. which is a fine agency, assisting people in this type of endeavor. I can provide you with these numbers through contacting our offices as well.
